I don't think so!
What is the focal point? Ok: good colors, good metering but nothing else. Too complicated! One tree would have been good but like this? It doesn't work for me.

Bitter Cold Evening
A nice shot requiring more than a little technical skill to get the exposure right.
If you were a professional with this image in your catalog, I would expect it to sell from time to time.
I disagree with the somment about the number of trees. With only a single tree, you would lose much of the moodiness created by the dark trunks and the multitude of branches.
The only thing I would have done differently, if possible, would be to move a bit lower and a bit to the left to attempt to get the entire disk of the sun behind the tree. If that wasn't possible, I think you did as well as anyone could.
