Very nice!
Hi Rian. mThis was my favourite shot in the Christmas light contest category! I love the colours and I think you managed to get a perfect exposure. The composition is very very nice with the arc-shaped building running diagonally across the frame with the entrance and tower not exactly centered. The only comment on improvements that I can think of is about the distorted perspective which would have to be corrected for in software.
Congratulations to a very nice shot!
Cheers, Jens.

Dramatic lighting.
I partly agree with Jens. I would like to see the entrance to the building more upright with the curve on the right curving over to a greater extent. Rotating the image to the left would achieve this but at the expense of losing some of the nice dark base to the left. Also it is more pleasing to take this sort of shot when there is still some light in the sky rather than wait for the inky black effect.

NO SUBJECT
Unfortunately they don't turn the lights on the building till well after dark. Thanks for the comments. Rian
