Great sky, shame about the foreground

Superb sky but a messy foreground - there are too many odd shapes, which draw the eye. I would lose the base and use the sky as a backdrop for other pictures.

This photo was taken through a window at my work office, and I cannot select the point of view. Tanks for your comments, the idea of using the sky for other photos is very insteresting.
