This is way over-saturated and noisy. Looks as if tolerance was about to give in. Saturation is usually done to make one color or an object stand out (and not everything) out of many. In this image it would be either a blue sky; or a red lighthouse, or sandy see shore; etc., but not everything at once. Try it.
