Duck's flight

Wow Fons, You must have been right on the trigger with this shot. Great, and the follow thru was great. No noticeable blur of the subject at all. Great shot, thanks for sharing......Dave

Duck's flight

Good golly, Fons - You've done it once again.

The blurred mirror image below adds to the intensity of the low flying (female mallard?) duck. Had this bird just taken flight? Are those water droplets just behind her? Or is she coming in for a landing?

Hi Leon and ...

thanks for the comment again ...
Yes this female mallard (we just call her duck) had just taken off , you still see some water droplets coming down ..
At this time of the year they have a hard time because the mail mallards are after them whole day long....;-))

Cheers, and thanks again....

Wonderful picture Fons, I like very much the blured reflection over the water, but maybe could be perfect (IMO) without the blured "aura", surround the duck. Congratulations, Best wishes, Ricardo

Thank you Ricardo,
Yes maybe you have a good point here, have posted it some were ells to and people said they liked the "aura" ..
I guess it is totally personal..
But I agree with you, I can see if I can reduce it...Thanks for telling me...
