NO SUBJECT
Great sky and the lone Gull add to the atmosphere, the B&W conversion is a good choice as I'm sure the colour version would detract and spoil the mood, my only slight niggle is the line and bouy on the left of the image which I think just upsets the balance between the boat and bird.

thanks Steve..interesting observation from you ...i thought the 3 would form a perfect triangle for serenity , calm compo like they teach you in 'school' ...not to say that imperfect balance is bad, it depends on what effect one wants to convey , calmness or tension ? ...i'd be glad if the anchor wasn't there too ... the color version just doesn't stand out enough imho
