A Bird in the Hand
Did he fall out of the nest or is it a domesticated one?

Brendan,
Great shot. I wished I could get as close to my subjects as you appear to do!

NO SUBJECT
Hi Sergey,
This is a wild bird which flew into my patio door last week. It was stunned for a little while, so I picked it up to protect it from my dog 'Millie'. The bird remained very calm and even perched on my shoulder for a while. For whatever reason. seven birds in total flew into my door that same morning, all but one survived. At first I thought the birds were Chickadees, but after looking on the web for photos, I'm not so sure. I've posted this photo on a birding website here in Canada and hopefully I'll have the anwer to your question soon.
Cheers, Brendan.

NO SUBJECT
I finally have an answer to the identity of this mystery bird, it is a female 'Golden-crowned Kinglet'.
