Very detail photo but maybe a large aperture works better because there are many things on the background that distracts a little. But i like the bug himself very sharp.

Thanks for your comment Pedro.
I normally pay not much attention to the background, and try to get most of DOF to get the subject sharp. Probably would indeed a larger apertura (5-2.8) result in a less distracting background.
