I'm impressed, really a great shot, so sharp and so perfectly symetric with the wings and his streched body, well composed, there is space for him to fly out of the frame, really one of your best shots!!!!

The Grey Heron flew right over my head while I took a walk in the park, so I was very lucky to make this shot.
I was glad to have my camera with me otherwise I would have missed this ...

The E-500 does a good job on ISO 320 have to test higher settings yet and see how they work out..
