This picture was my first experiment (with insects macrophotography) trying to combine 2 images in PS to increase the DOF. I usually use this technique in microphotography in my research projects.I should have used 3 images instead 2 because the back of the fly is a little blurry. I used a 50mm /1.4 lens in reverse position.

Very well done Ricardo, I know that the reversed setup does not alow great DOF but with this technique it's possible to increase it quite a bit... Hope to see a few more photo's of this experiment...
