I spotted this friendly cat whilst out on a walk round Eyam in Derbyshire, I positioned myself lower than the subject to achieve a more imposing shot.

I like this shot a lot. I have a cat myself and i know that it can be hard to get decent images of them. The cat is well exposed against the bright background. Only the yellow necklace is a bit distracting...

Dietrich

Hi Dietrich

Thank you for your comments, I think it's good fun taking photos of cats they are so playful, I was tempted to remove the yellow collar, but in the end I decided to leave it in, have a look at one of my other cat photos in my images and tell me what you think.

Regards Ian

Hey there Steve.

I love these cat shots, there fun doing them you never know whats going to happen next, but I think this guy was a bit of a poser. It's good to be back, I've had a few busy weeks.

Hope your well, Regards..... Ian
