great motion blur

I find the motion blur, particularly the swirls in the woman's dress, very attractive. The long exposure and panning with the subject worked well.

I love the sense of motion in the image as well as the mystery created by her face being hidden by the umbrella. Nice composition and excellent contrast. Well done!
