Using a wide aperture has worked well in isolating the bird from its surroundings with the OOF foliage producing a nice green haze to your shot; you could maybe crop off a little from the bottom, good capture.

Would almost give you a ten for a beautiful shot of this bird, but to bad the green haze is covering quite a bit .

I like your picture, I like the green haze sorround the bird, but I am agree with Steve, could be better is you crop a little the bottom of the picture. Best regards,
