i am lucky to live in a part of the north east of england that has many castles to photograph an visit :)
the picture was taken in a wee bit of a hurry (kids hanging on my leg shouting dad can we go now :) )
but the settings are f8 at 1/200

thanks again and there will be more castles to come (google northumberland england to see which one may be next)

NO SUBJECT

I really like your shot it Andrew, you have a great sky and the rocks in the FG give a good depth to the image, I think this would look even more dramatic with a crop off the LHS to bring the LH edge up to the base of the castle making it into a vertical image.

thanks for your coment steve i agree that a crop would produce a more dramatic image (as i have now tried )
