female blackbirds are brown, turtle doves dont look like turtles, and this green finch is yellow. =)
just kidding. but really Fons, why does it look yellow?
anyway i love this shot. i like how the light falls on the bird.

You should ask the bird why it is yellow, and ask the one who give names to birds if he is colour blind...;-)

Have seen this bird last week for the first time and it never showed up after that.
So I guess it flu away North and taken Spring with her to DK....;-)
I hope for you Spring will arive soon at your place also...
