depth of field

Nice picture...with the minor background unsharpness. I've found the same problem with especially macro photos. Even f10 has its limits, and from the apparent sharpness and closeness of the foreground rocks, you'd need at least f16 and likely f 22 to make everything sharp. I find that sthe mall viewfinder and lack of preview button, depth of field can be very hard to judge with the E500. The larger viewfinder and button on the E-1 help somewhat, perhaps combining these with live preview would be the solution.

Thanks erich, in fact in this day it was so cold and i just one do the photo to remember later. normally for this kind of shot's i use f/22 with polarizer but another thing is, i can't get a good sharp with the 14-45mm.
