I was taking some sunset photos of South Stack Lighthouse on Anglesey, after most of the light had vanished I noticed this spider on its web, so thought I would do a candid shot of it with the lighthouse. I used a diffused torch to light it, hope you like.... (this is an updated version with the contrast and colours on the spider enhanced )...

I like what you have done with this Ian, it is a good capture of the spider, I think that you could increase the contrast of the spider a little which would bring out more detail and maybe crop some of the black from the bottom of the image, (just my two pence worth). Well spotted.
Cheers Steve

Hi Steve

Had a play around with the contrast and while I was at it I enhanced some of the colours on the spider, it's made a great difference, thanks for the advice.

Regards Ian ;-)
