Hello Shelley
I wish Wilson (the cat) WAS my cat, but he's actually a friends cat who has taken a liking to me, I'd love a cat of my own, but I have a family of field mice in my back garden, so having a cat of my own wouldn't be fair on the mice, really glad you like the photo.
Regards Ian

Nice cat, and great colors! I guess it is nice to have tilted screen preview while composing the shot!?

Thank you for your comments, I love taking low level shots, so yes the tilted screen comes in really handy whilst composing the shot.

One of the best cat shots I have seen (and I've seen plenty) the technical side is excellent with wonderful DOF and control of lighting (you could do a little work in PS to remove the slightly blown highlights on the cats fur), you have brought to life the character of this inquisitive cat and produced a lovely image that makes me smile.
Cheers Steve
