I would say it is almost 10 on composition, but it is way oversaturated on colors. My monitor is just burning hot! I am sure you probably know it, but when adding saturation in PS do it by color (red, green, etc ... ) but not master all. The far horizon does not have to be that blue, by any stretch of imagination. It could be hazy, but not that blue.

Thank you, Sergey for your advice, I sincerely know the " normal use" of photoshop , but sometimes I prefer a free interpretation. For info: This shot is make in the evening at 18,30 in october. Best regards Sergio

Overcooked
I like playing with colors myself, but I'm not sure this one really works. I think if the colors were just a bit more muted it might be a better photo; I'm not sure.
I also think the border may be influencing this feeling as it is far more neutral in color than the photo is.
