Marco this is a nice picture of a Blue Heron kind of bird, it is more grey than the one we have over here.

Thanks for the comments. This heron is common on Corniche Beach here in Abu Dhabi , United Arab Emirates.

Nice picture Marco.

I know that herons in general are called "tagak" in the Philippines but Im sure the Philippines do not have blue herons.
