A Beautiful Bird

A beautiful picture of a beautiful bird. I had a sun conure (your bird's twin) who was the 'social butterfly' when she was very young, but then I made the mistake of not keeping her in constant contact with others and in the end she became unfriendly and when loose, and attacked everyone who came into the living room. She was good only with me. Because she had become so agressive to everyone else, including little children who were always attracted to her, I ended up having to sell her to a private aviary.

Thanks Loren.
Tica is two year old, belonged to a family that moved and could not take him to the new home. I have had him for onlyabout four weeks. He will sit on my hand now but chases my cockatiel if I have them out in the same room.
They are company for each other while I am at work, I just hope they become friends.
