Wetlands after a storm
I walked a couple of miles into the woods near our home to some favorite beaver ponds following an afternoon storm. As I arrived at the ponds close to sunset the sun broke through the clouds on the horizon and illuminated the trees on the east end of the wetland. In a few more minutes a dim rainbow appeared.

Ok ! thats what I ment in my comment to the 1. foto !
Yes this is much better Peter !
There should be a little be more sky to see and
You could do something with the foreground including the swamp water with the wonderfull reflections !:
Grop half of the grass and give both some light with post processing
regards

Fons,
Lots of dragon and damsel flies. Always on the move.
I've been trying to get a good shot of them but logistics are tricky. Can't use a tripod in the deep muck and only a few places I can walk/balance even with hip boots.
I've enjoyed your dragonfly photos. Inspiring
