Very nice picture off this garden, however I would have cropped out the first tree on the left not the second one , and the twig that is on the grass in the bottom near the centre. Like the green and pastel colour off the building. Overall nice shot Frank

Franciscan Church garden (Bolzano Italy)

I do not think the tree interferes much in this picture. Cropping it out would make the garden look smaller and the building closer. I am not sure if that would add a desirable effect to the composition. The twig in the bottom is not ideally placed, I agree, but could be left there as well.
