Dock Bug (Coreus Marginatus) - Nymph
Thanks to Juliette for confirming that I was correct in my original supposition that this was a Dock Bug and possibly the nymph. Used the EC-20 Teleconverter with the 50mm f/2.0 Macro to produce a 100mm f/4.0 Macro Lens.

Thanks for your comments and help. I can barely see the noise difference with my colour sight - after reading your comments I searched for it and can just see that the Green Stinkbug http://myolympus.org/document.php?id=19814 is noisier. As this was at ISO 1600 and the others at ISO 400 I knew where to look.
