Krag
This is a quite atmospheric shot, redolent of turn-of-the-20th-century U.S. military arms and equipment. Well done.

Very Nice
Neal,
The lighting, composition and color are very nice. So, the helmet looks British, and I don't recognize the saddle. How are all these items related? and What kind of saddle is that?

Re. Nice
Mark, the saddle is a US Army model 1904 McClellan saddle. The helmet is a US Model 1884 summer helmet (pith helmet) which was still in use by some mounted units until just prior to the first world war.
