Thanks Katrina,
This concrete and steel structure really divides opinions and on rainy days a raw unfinidhed concrete surface can look quite ugly. It is actually not only library but also a cultural center with a concert hall, exhibition space etc..
I am not sure if I like it as a building but I find it visually quite interesting:)
