Suggestion.

I would humbly suggest that cropping this photograph would improve it considerably as it is spoilt by the unfortunate bokeh especially in the area of the out of focus twigs. My suggestion would be to crop it so that the twig upon which the Siskin is perched runs from the bottom left corner to the top right corner of the frame. This gets rid of the most offending twigs.
