I agree, this is a good action shot. I would have cropped/cloned out the lone head on the left. Well done, it looks like you had a good day at the beach.

Nice shot
Looks good Nyal. I prefer the composition on this shot to the other one - the horizon here, while not quite straight, is more dynamically placed. Like the wave in the foreground too. After some thought, I agree with Mark that the head on the left does detract more than it adds.
Thanks for your comment regarding my Castle Hill shot. I agree that it would have been better with less hill, more city, but it's easy to be wise after the shot!
Just installed QTPFSGUI on my PCLinuxOS machine to give it a try. Usually just use digiKam or showFoto.

Thank you all for your comments and criticisms. It's funny, when I posted this I did not see the other head in the picture...guess it's the whole can't see the forest for the trees thing! Would've been easy enough to clone him out along with straightening out the landscape! Again, thank you all for your kind words.
