Mona is that you?
This is a very enigmatic shot Greg!
It reminds me of the effect that the Mona Lisa has on viewers.
Technically perfect, a personal niggle is all the catch lights in the model's eyes.
Something that I used to do with softboxes or any large light source was to
sometimes disguise it with black card and cut out various shapes like
cathedral windows. Maybe IMO spot out the trigger flash also, what do you think?
Yep, reminds me of the Mona Lisa, good stuff.

Thanks for the kind words and the ideas! The main light source was a beauty dish with a large softbox for fill and a reflector in the model's lap. No trigger flash, I used a radio remote. I know that some find multiple catchlights distracting, maybe one of those personal taste things.
I was looking through your photos and you have some great work and obviously a lot of experience. Thanks again for the constructive feedback :)
