The shot is very good, especially those eyes. In my opinion it would become even better if you modified the composition, for instance by focusing more on the head.

The eyes have it!

That's a very striking image! They eyes really grab your attention, and the detail is fantastic and the separation between the subject and background really adds to the image. Excellent shot!
