A lovely picture of these, er, growths.
The foreground one being in nice focus means that the others are fine out of focus and it is a pleasing shot.

I like the yellow mushroom on the brown background, but the image has some weaknesses. That out of focus yellow mushroom to the right should be cropped away, because it disturbs the composition.
The blurred background looks weird, as if the camera had some problems. It's a strange blurriness, as if it contained noise or the blacks had been burnt. The background looks noisy, which is strange because according to the data the image was taken at ISO 100.
