Umag by night
I took this one on a short vacation, from a balcony in the hotel. It was late at night, so I have to use long exposure time and low iso value.

Nice job, keep an eye on your horizon, it sloping to the right, I'm sure its tuff to see at night.

Keep growing....
As another person mentioned, your horizon is very askew which throws things off. Also, I'd recommend staying away from JPG on long-exposure night photography shots. The E-410 applies a fairly heavy noise reduction that seems to have muddied parts of the photo. Shoot RAW instead, and then you can decide what noise reduction to apply post processing.
