I like the subject you have chosen and believe this image has great potential. I love the contrast of colors, the peeling paint, broken window panes and sense of abandonment.

You appear to have gone for uniformity of composition here with the two vertical pillars on each side of the three windows.

I think the image could be made more dynamic by reframing to exclude one of those columns. Notice the horizontal lines of the building are not parallel with the horizon. I would recompose to make the building lines parallel.
