I don't do portraiture and am not well up on the technical critique of it but this jumped out at me because of the model's interaction with the camera - love it!

So nice to see a happy model!

the tree

Pretty girl and good mood in a good lighting scenary, maybe the tree at her back is too much near the girl's head and should be a good idea to set out of focus and unsaturate a little also the tree, to simulate more distance. Colour of the wood is actually too similar to her hair.
