Blue!
Having experienced freezing conditions in Wakefield, UK., recently I can appreciate the urge to get some pictures. Has this been saturated in Photoshop or contrast increased? The colour seems a little strong. I have found that before contrast/levels/curves adjustments I need to desaturate slightly to prevent colours becoming too vivid....

No I did not adj saturation, just contrast. its the effect of HDR.
