Thank you Prabhu,
Yes it is a kind of deserted areas. What made me take this foto was how the trees had been bent from the wind and I had a thought of the pilgrims from early days, not wearing Gore Tex, windbrakers, sleeping bagsg, gas cookers and GPS. I think these very tracks must date back to 1200 - 1300.
