The duck is perfectly in focus, but it is too high in the image in my opinion (almost at the upper end).

I disagree with Alfred
This shot is perfect, the composition is right on, to lower the subject you would lose the trail of water droplets that really make this shot.
Also if the subject was lower you lose the feel of flight.
