If you look at the doors of the building you'll see they get bigger from right to left. The road is sloped down to the left.

I do apologize, I am so sorry, You are absolutely right. I never noticed that it was a hill, but not knowing the location I would not have known that.
But with that said, the picture still looks lopsided.

The perspective is a bit confuse; i tried to correct some distortions and this one looks better than the original.
