Good concept, poor execution
I really really would love to see this photo redone. It's a fascinating subject and would be supurb with a slightly different execution.
First: I'd like to see things leveled and centered. Although cropping and post-production can clean some of that up, I'm not sure how the perspective will fair.
Next: this is a proper example of where exposure bracketing can help a photo out significantly. It looks like you applied a heavy fill light and exposure addition. The increase in fill light and exposure often creates HDR like effects like enhancing the grain in wood. Instead of fighting it, just use a tripod (or other stationary device) and take exposure at either -2,0,+2 or -3,-1,0,+1,+3. In a pinch, you can take two photos at +-2. It will eliminate your noise, bring out the grain of the wood, and not over-brighten the outside (if you like that effect, simply dodge it up).

Agree
More or less I also share the opinion of Arthur. The image needs to be redone, because at the moment it looks too unnatural.
