This is a very good shot. I like the extra touch of the helicopter and I think your pol filter/saturation really gave the sky the right amount of punch. The composition is good too. Well done.

NO SUBJECT

Same here - excellent shot. Personally I would have the white balance a tiny little bit warmer. The dome cupola bottom left looks a bit bright - perhaps you could have reduced the contrast or pushed the highlights slider a bit to the left?
And lastly, you could have taken a panorama sequence of images and merged everything into a panorama.
You could also have taken the shot after sunset, during the blue hour, when the sky is not black yet (is in fact deep blue) and the buildings are already illuminated.

I agree Alfred. I was working with this photo with my laptop screen dimmed and noticed my photo a bit too
contrasty the next day i viewed it. I didn't get a chance for the panorama shot, I was on a boat when I took this
