Filaretos -
While I like your composition, the way the bridge frames the high ground downstream, its quality, primarily the brightness and color saturation, would have been substantially improved if you had taken this photo while the sun was behind you, preferably an hour or so after sun-up or before sun-down, what some folks call 'the golden hour' - when the sunlight has a warm glow about it.
You managed to get proper exposure on the shaded side of the bridge; however, in doing so the bright blue sky got completely washed out. Much of the green foliage has also lost a lot of color, and lastly, by shooting into the sun you also got flair on the bridge and directly below the bridge's arch, that little rainbow spear going up and down.
When time permits you may want to return to this same spot when you know you're going to have the sun at your back while taking photos of this bridge. Take a group of photos, readjusting the exposure (experiment with the +/- EV) while doing so. You'll find that by varying the exposure (I recommend you do so at 1/3-f-stop increments) you will get subtle changes to the overall brightness of the photos and color saturation.
This is a beautiful part of Greece, up near the Albanian border. The Ionian coastline is beautiful, as is this rugged terrain further inland.
