Dragonfly on fence - re-visite:

I generally try to shoot wildlife so that there are no man-made objects in the image. Such things (i.e. fences, telephone wires, etc.) tend to distract from the object being photographed.
Having said that, in this image the fence is as much a part of what is meant to be captured as the dragonfly itself; it lends real symmetry to the image. Because of its symmetry the thumbnail of this image amidst all the other photo thumbnails really caught my eye.
As sharp as this photo is, I'm going to venture that you had the 'image stabilization' activated - f: 6.3 @ 1/40-second - good gracious!
