This is my first post for quite a while. I had a catastrophic failure of my hard drive loosing everything on it, so I've now got a working computer again I'm able to upload pictures. This was taken this evening on Carhead Moor overlooking Stanage Edge in the Peak District Derbyshire. 0.6 ND Grad and Tripod used.

Hi Steve
I thought it was the rain keeping you away from producing beautiful shots of your Peak District. Sorry to hear about your mishap.
Did you know that Google Earth are now showing links on their maps to photos of the area you are looking at? Your photos would be ideal to promote your Peak District.

Regards

Thanks Rico
It is a real pain when you loose everything from your hard drive. I now have an external hard drive which I back up all my files too, so if this happens again I will have copies of everything. Luckily I make DVD copies of my RAW files from my camera so I still have the original pictures so not all is lost!! but still a lot of work to convert them back to Tiff files.
Cheers Steve
