NO SUBJECT

A nice specimen Fons but F5.6 does not give enough DOF to get the head in focus. Notice the camera has focussed on the vertical part of the wing where it joins the body. Just think at the time of the dinosaurs these had 1 metre wingspans - frightening.

DOF

Yes Phil I know that 5.6 is not good an off to create lots of DOF. This was shot in P mode the camera takes automaticly shutterspeed and aperture as you know. I only had one change to shoot , I think this is a minus in the E-300 , in P mode it like's to take a high shutterspeed what means a bigger aperture. I will have to find out the good settings in A or S mode . To bad The Fly took off on me after the first shot, I will keep hunting for a better change....;-)
