Thank you Fons, Chris and Kerland. It's nothing really, just a lifetime maniacal obsession ;-) Not sure which takes more precedence, the tools of the craft, the building of each shot? especially true in Product/Tabletop" or the love of light and it's amazing properties. Again, thank you gentlemen.

Background

One more question Randall, the colourfull background is standing upsidedown, take a look at the pot the bird and the deer ! Maybe it was you intension to be not distracted from it but it is wurth a question isn't it?

Background

Yes I did do that on purpose Fons. I did consider trying to get the pattern upright, but it just wasn't an issue for me.....Mr.PICKY ;-) It just gives ones eye something to scan, which means that you are paying attention eh! Regards

Saturated colours

Hi Juan. Thank you for the compliments. The "secret" to saturated colours is (1) use a "specular "light source > flash.and try to use "bounced" as little as possible or as a fill to raw flash as your "key or main light" (2) Under expose slightly. Regards.
