Hello Juliette! You have good eye for composition (this snuitkevertje being a fine example) and a fine sense of light. Too often people try to photograps insects and plants in hard sunlight at noon with predictable results.
Of these images on this website those shot with Zuiko F2 50mm macro are clearly better (optically I mean) than those shot with the mediocre kit zoom 12-50mm. No wonder - the F2 50mm is a dedicated macro lens hailed by DPreview as one of the best lenses they have ever tested. The 12-50mm shows in some photos odd artefacts which aren´t normal bokeh behaviour. a sort of liquid effect like here below the stomach of the insect.
Have you used brush tool during processing or is fault of the lens?

Thank you so much Katrina: I also have the 50mm macro, lens but on the Em5 I have to practise with it some more;
I did not much postwork on this photo; only resize and sharpening a bit

nb... except for the 12-50.. I also used the Mcon40 ( an old olympus macro-filter that was created for the camedia)

Nice mug (face) shot! the ones I've had rarely stop moving for this, and I also rarely have them in a flower, usually on the ground.
