Amazing effort

on your part Loren. Thank you for the process. Hard to imagine doing that, but the fruit is for all us to see. Very creative.

Beautiful & Creative

This really is a beautiful and creative piece of work, seems like a feathery stuff floating in the mist of nowhere, your eye's for seeing the unusual put's the lens of the camera to test. Good job.

Thank you all for your comments. There was a lot of frost on the window, but this particular crystal was almost completely alone. It was shot in macro mode, backlit by a sunny sky which added blue to both the fractal and the background. I turned the blue background black in PSP, and used the clone tool 'very' carefully.
