Beautiful shot - such clear focus from what is obviously quite a distance. I'm assuming you're using the 70-300 which I have also, and really like. But I haven't managed anything this nice.

This shot is taken at a distance of about 300 meters , difficult to message when they are flying over ...
Lens used 300mm ED 2.8 on Olympus E510 my spare because the E3 is away for cleaning...;-))
Shot is taken hand hold ...
