A very interesting species of bird, I didn't know you were interested in this type of photography.
However, this is a very impressive result for a simple subject.

Has bad weather stopped play for you outside as well?

Yes Peter, due of the bad weather I trying something ells here...
No fun to go outside and do some shooting so inside you can do what ever you want innit...

great colours fons rainy days aint good traveled today to get some shots only for the sky to open up and rain stop play :(
how do you find the sigma lens as this is one i have been looking at aswell as the olympus macro lenses

Thanks for the comment, and yes rainy days are bad for us I know...;-))
This lens the Sigma 150mm macro 2.8 is a great lens ...I like it very much...
The thinks I did with it indoor due of the bad weather were good as you also see in this shot...
I done some flowers also and I'm very satisfied with the result , can't wait until Spring is there with all the insects and butterflies to shoot...If you buy this lens you will be happy with it I'm sure...
