Thanks for looking, i don't know about simpson skull but if you look it's like a seal head side view with mouth open facing right side.

Bart simpson is a comic character. The shape of the smoke reminded me of his head. Because of the white structure against the black background I was reminded on an x-ray image.

However, I cant see the seal ;-)
